This year's Marine Corps Marathon was another special event for Team Travis. On behalf of the Travis Manion Foundation and Travis's family, we would like to thank every member of Team Travis, as well as every sponsor for each member.

Officer runs in marathon in honor of fallen Marine

Dan Covolesky never met Travis Manion. Still, Covolesky, a former Marine, decided to honor him by running the Marine Corps Marathon. "Travis' story was so compelling," said Covolesky, an officer with the Lower Salford Police Department. "When I heard what happened, it just hit home for me."

Team Travis Had Its First Engagement

Team Travis member Dave Most proposed to his girlfriend of 8 years, Jessica Freyer, after both completed the marathon. They got separated at mile 2, but met up again in time to cross the finish line together. Congratulations!
